The Power Generator supplies a planet’s buildings. Power is a balance between generation and demand. It cannot be stored or carried by cargo ships.
Open the power breakdown and compare your generation with the needs of your facilities. A deficit lowers the efficiency of parts of your economy, even when you have enough resources and workers.
