The Site is operated by Óscar Martín Pardo (NIF 53908917E), an individual established in Spain, operating under the commercial name Emberbound Studios (the data controller). 2. What we do
Nexus: Downfall is a persistent space MMORTS game currently in development. The Site provides game information, development updates, a blog, and a newsletter. No account or payment is required to browse the Site.
3. Information we collect
What we do NOT collect: we do not collect passwords, payment information, contact lists, or precise location data unless you voluntarily provide an email address. We do not create user accounts for browsing.
What you submit: if you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect the email address you provide. It is stored with our newsletter provider and used solely to send development updates and game news. We do not sell your email address.
Analytics: we use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate site usage (page views, device type, approximate region, performance metrics). This data does not identify you personally.
4. How we use information
We use your data to: provide the Site, send the newsletter you requested, measure and improve site performance, and comply with legal obligations. Your email is not used for AI model training and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Under the GDPR and LOPDGDD you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD — www.aepd.es). We respond to data requests within 30 days.
9. International transfers
Our hosting and service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
