Build and maintain a trade hub

Each sector can have a trade hub at the frontier outpost in its capital. Its administrator needs a valid outpost there to build the hub and manage upgrades.

Step by step

1. Find the sector’s capital system.
2. Check ownership and the status of the frontier outpost that will support the hub.
3. Open the hub options and review its requirements, cost and construction.
4. Once it is active, use Management to set its level and maintenance.
5. Monitor the outpost and the hub’s economic conditions.

Upgrading the hub expands its services, including personal bank space. Maintenance is an ongoing commitment. Losing the supporting outpost may suspend hub activity, so review that risk before investing in an upgrade.
