Your first session

Your first goal is to build a colony that produces resources and can support its population. Before you focus on a large fleet, check food, power and the population you can assign to work.

Step by step

1. Open your planet from Planets or from your empire overview.
2. Check its resources and production. Stockpiles show what you have; production per hour shows how the stockpile will change.
3. Build a Minerals Mine if the planet does not have one.
4. When it is ready, open worker management, assign people and save your changes.
5. Check the food and power balances. Build or upgrade the Farm and Power Generator when needed.
6. Check each resource’s storage capacity before building a large stockpile.
